- Description
- Design for an altar, elevation view. In the center of the broken pediment is a small escutcheon for the coat of arms of a prelate (clergyman/bishop). On top is the larger coat of arms of Pope Clement XII (1730-1740) with garlands hanging down on each side. The outwards framing pilaster with another pediment cornice is not drawn, having given room for the elevation of the side wall of the chapel and a project for the elevation of its vaulted ceiling. Below is the scale.
