Collection history unknown; probably purchased by William Buckalew Robinson (1870-1928, a Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, businessman) during travel to Colombia in association with his mining interests; purchased by MAI from W.B. Robinson in 1919 using funds donated by MAI trustee Harmon W. Hendricks (1846-1928).
