Formerly owned by the Seminole chief Cloud (Ye-how-lo-gee/Yoholoochee) and said to have been taken from him by Abner Fuller Lyon (b. 1811), presumably during the Second Seminole War (1835-1842); purchased by MAI from an unknown source circa 1918.
