Formerly in the collection of Geoffrey E. Stamm, General Manager of the Indian Arts Crafts Board; donated to the Indian Arts and Crafts Board by Geoffrey Stamm in memory of his father, G. Edward Stamm (1912-1978), in 1982; part of the IACB Headquarters collection (Department of the Interior, Washington, DC) until 2000 when it was transferred to NMAI.
