- Made during a pottery workshop held at the Pearl River Mississippi Choctaw community in May 1967; donated to the Indian Arts and Crafts Board by the Choctaw Crafts Association (Philadelphia, Mississippi) in 1967; part of the IACB Headquarters collection (Department of the Interior, Washington, DC) until 2000 when it was transferred to NMAI.
