Probably marketed by the Winnebago Handcraft Co-op (Black River Falls, Wisconsin) and sold or consigned to the Tipi Shop at the Sioux Indian Museum and Crafts Center (Rapid City, South Dakota); purchased from the Tipi Shop by Indian Arts and Crafts Board representatives in 1964; part of the IACB Headquarters collection (Department of the Interior, Washington, DC) until 2000 when it was transferred to NMAI.
