- Collection history unknown, but said to have been owned by Nocona (Comanche); formerly in the collection of Jake Tingley (1880-1965), who ran an Indian trading store and pawn shop in Anadarko, Oklahoma, from about 1901 onward; purchased from Jake Tingley by Don E. Meyer at an unknown date; donated to MAI by Mr. Meyer in 1960.
