Collection History
Probably purchased in the Sitka, Alaska, area by Bertrand Kingsbury Wilbur (1870-1945), who worked as doctor in Sitka between 1894 and 1900; given or transferred to his sister Helena Wilbur Elliott and her daughter Madeline Elliott Barnes (Mrs. Eugene F. Barnes Jr., 1892-1971) at an unknown date; donated to MAI by Madeline Elliott Barnes in 1950.
