Collection history unknown; formerly in the collection of Frank R. Crumbie, Jr. (1900-1960), an American who held several government positions in Haiti during its occupation by the U.S. (1915 to 1934) and possibly collected by him; donated to MAI by Frank Crumbie in 1938.
